1. Our approach
LeadPrime LLC aims to make Norviva usable by people with a range of abilities and assistive technologies. The preview uses readable text, semantic headings, native form controls, visible focus styles, skip links, and one question per intake screen. Essential navigation does not require browser scripts.
2. Current status and limitations
Accessibility work is ongoing. We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit and do not claim certified WCAG conformance. Browser, device, and assistive-technology combinations can expose issues that our checks have not found.
The preview session expires after 30 minutes without an extension control; this can affect people who need longer to complete it. We plan to address session timing before real clinical intake. Third-party resources and any future Stripe-hosted checkout have their own interfaces and support processes.
3. Report a barrier or request assistance
Email help@norviva.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and, if useful, your browser or assistive technology. You may request an accessible format or another way to obtain website information. We will consider the request and work to address the issue.
