Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

1. Categories and purposes

LeadPrime LLC processes the care area you choose; hair, skin, or sexual-health experiences; health conditions, medicines, allergies, and treatment preferences you enter; and optional sample photos with file metadata. A name, email, IP address, or session identifier may link an interaction to a person. Page visits, care selections, supplement products, bundle choices, one-time/subscription selections, and delivery intervals may reveal or allow inferences about health or wellness interests, even without a clinical diagnosis. Shop selections are sent in the page URL; disabled contact and shipping fields are not submitted, and no shopping account or order is created.

Processing supports the page or preview step you request, validates form answers and sample files, maintains session navigation, protects the service, and answers requests you send us. The preview does not provide a clinical assessment or build advertising profiles. Please use fictional answers and sample files.

2. Sources

Sources are your selections, entries, uploads, and correspondence, together with technical connection information from your browser and the providers serving the website. The preview does not import pharmacy records, insurance information, electronic health records, or wearable-device data. It does not request precise geolocation.

3. Categories shared and recipients

The hosting/rendering infrastructure processes requested pages, answers, sample files, and session information to provide the preview. The current infrastructure provider is Cloudflare; Firebase/Google processes requests to the older backup if you visit it. Google Fonts receives font-related technical connection information. Email providers process health-related information only if you include it in a message, which we ask you not to do.

There is no clinician or pharmacy recipient connected to the preview. If Stripe test checkout is configured, intake answers and photos are not sent to Stripe; its generic hold item and opaque reference are not a clinical referral. Norviva does not sell consumer health data or disclose it to advertising networks. No affiliate currently receives consumer health data through a configured preview integration. Any disclosure required by law remains subject to applicable protections.

4. Your rights and how to exercise them

To confirm whether consumer health data is processed, request access and information about recipients, request deletion, or withdraw applicable consent, email legal@norviva.com. State privacy laws may provide additional rights. We do not require a new account and will use reasonable, proportionate verification and respond within the time required by applicable law.

If a request is denied, reply to the decision to request an appeal. We will explain the appeal outcome and any further complaint option required by applicable law. You can also contact your state attorney general. We will not unlawfully discriminate because you exercise these rights.

Stopping the preview and clearing browser data prevents further participation but does not itself submit a deletion request to service providers. Images are discarded by the application after checks; encrypted form state expires after 30 minutes. Where no data is retained, we cannot produce a clinical record that does not exist.

Required separate consent or authorization will be obtained where applicable.
