Shipping & Returns

1. No orders or shipments yet

The Norviva supplement shop is in development. No supplement orders, reservations, subscriptions, or shipments are accepted. Sample order summaries show shipping as not finalized and tax as not calculated; this does not mean either is free.

2. Information before ordering opens

Before a real order is accepted, the shop will publish destinations served, fulfillment times, expected delivery ranges, shipping charges, taxes, carrier/tracking arrangements, and how to report an incorrect or damaged delivery. No delivery date or dispatch promise is made for concept products.

For actual future orders, shipping statements must be supportable. If shipment cannot occur within the applicable promised or legally required time, the business will provide the required delay choice, cancellation, or refund under applicable law. A concept preview does not start a shipping deadline.

3. Returns and refunds

The retail return window, eligibility for opened or unopened supplements, return instructions, return-shipping responsibility, and refund processing arrangements are still being finalized. When orders open, first orders will carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Other details, including how to start a return, are being finalized. No trial period, blanket no-refund rule, or free-return promise is offered.

Before ordering opens, the applicable return policy must be available before purchase. Nothing here removes mandatory rights for defective, misdescribed, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming goods where those rights apply.

4. Order and subscription cancellation

The shop has no live orders or subscriptions to cancel. Future order cancellation cutoffs and the effect of cancellation on an order already being prepared or shipped will be explained before purchase. Cancellation of future recurring deliveries and return/refund of an existing delivery are distinct matters. See Subscription Terms.

5. Clinical consultation policy is separate

The $25 clinical consultation hold and credit/refund conditions are separate from supplement shipping and returns. They do not create a supplement return entitlement, supplement discount, or subscription credit. For the clinical flow, see Payments & Cancellations.
