1. The retail shop
LeadPrime LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operates the Norviva website and proposed supplement shop. These terms supplement the website Terms & Conditions. They address retail supplements separately from any clinical consultation, prescription, or treating practice.
2. Product-development preview only
The current shop shows proposed creatine, collagen, and hydration products with illustrative packaging. Formulas, manufacturers, serving sizes, ingredients, allergens, Supplement Facts, testing, prices, and commercial terms are not finalized. No product is available to order, reserve, or subscribe to. A checkout preview is not an accepted order or contract of sale.
All displayed product and bundle prices are sample US-dollar amounts for exploring the design, not live offers. No inventory, sale-price comparison, free gift, shipping guarantee, or product certification is represented.
3. Supplements and clinical care are separate
Supplements are not prescription medication and are not a substitute for clinical assessment or prescribed care. A supplement purchase would not establish a clinician–patient relationship, book a consultation, determine suitability, or guarantee a prescription.
The planned $25 consultation hold, medication credit, and consultation refund policy apply to the clinical flow, not supplement orders or supplement subscriptions. Beluga Health is the selected clinical partner; that relationship does not imply Beluga manufactures, tests, prescribes, endorses, or fulfills Norviva supplements.
4. Product information and safety
Concept names and images are not evidence of health benefits. Norviva does not claim that the unfinished products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, or that they are FDA-approved. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before marketing. Final product claims, labels, directions, and supporting evidence must be established before sale.
Supplements can carry risks and interact with medicines. Seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before use, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines, or managing a health condition. Final ingredient and allergen information must be reviewed for the actual product; do not infer suitability from concept packaging.
5. Future ordering, charges, and delivery
Before accepting a real order, Norviva will state the actual product, quantity, total price, applicable shipping and taxes, payment terms, delivery information, and return/cancellation terms. Prices for proposed products do not authorize charging your card. Checkout will require an affirmative order action after the material terms are shown.
Shipping and tax are not configured in this preview and are not represented as free or zero. Orders, shipments, receipts, accounts, and payment authorizations are not created. See Shipping & Returns.
6. Subscribe & save
The sample shop offers a one-time purchase choice and a proposed subscribe-and-save choice. The sample recurring plan applies a 10% merchandise discount and offers delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days. These are illustrative choices, not confirmed subscription offers. Selecting or previewing them creates no recurring agreement or charge.
Before any real subscription opens, its recurring amount, delivery/billing interval, shipping/taxes, discount duration, renewal terms, cancellation mechanism, and applicable rights must be disclosed, with separate express authorization for recurring charges. See Subscription Terms.
7. Questions and consumer rights
Contact help@norviva.com about the shop. Do not send payment-card information or medical records by email. Mandatory consumer protections and legal remedies are not waived by this preview or these terms. These terms do not impose arbitration or a class-action waiver.
