Can I change an answer?
Use Back to revisit earlier questions. The current preview keeps those answers for your session. Leaving through Exit intake clears the preview session.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. Choose the area you’d like to discuss and answer one question at a time. No answer here determines treatment eligibility.
Why does the ED flow have no photo step?
The ED preview focuses on your experience and health history. It does not request intimate photos.
Photos
What makes a useful photo?
Use even light, a plain background, and clear focus. Leave filters off. Follow the illustrated angle shown for each photo request.
Which files can I choose?
JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5 MB each. Images need to be at least 320 × 320 pixels. Convert HEIC photos to JPG before choosing them.
Are photos saved or reviewed?
No. Use sample images. The server checks the file format, size, and dimensions, then discards the image. No clinician receives it, and there is no public image URL.
Can I skip a photo?
Yes. Choose Skip for now. You can explore the rest of the intake without providing an image.
Care, costs, and next steps
Who will review my intake?
Beluga Health is Norviva’s selected clinical partner. In the planned service, the treating physician would review your information. No physician is assigned in this preview, and answers are not submitted for clinical review.
When will I receive a response?
There is no live review queue yet. Expected review times will be displayed before booking when clinical services launch.
Are pricing and payments available?
The planned $25 hold covers the initial consultation only; no follow-up consultations are included. Medication is priced separately, with the $25 credited toward its cost if prescribed and purchased. Otherwise, the $25 is refunded or the uncaptured hold is released. This preview places no real hold or charge.
Where can I read about my data?
The privacy page explains how the preview processes fictional answers and sample uploads. A clinical privacy policy and patient workflow will be needed before real patient intake.
