PRICING, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
A clear starting point.
Before you commit.
A $25 temporary hold covers the initial consultation. If medication is prescribed and purchased, that $25 is credited toward its cost.
Clinical consultations and real card holds are not available yet. Exploring the intake costs nothing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
One initial consultation.
A clear medication credit.
- When does the hold become a charge?
- The hold is placed before the consultation is completed. Collecting the money is a separate step; the exact collection point will be stated before booking opens.
- What does the consultation include?
- The $25 covers the initial consultation only. Follow-up consultations are not included.
- How is medication priced?
- Medication is priced separately. If it is prescribed and purchased, the $25 consultation amount is credited once toward the medication price. Your remaining medication payment is the medication price less that $25 credit. Actual medication prices will be shown before purchase.
- What if no medication is prescribed or purchased?
- The $25 consultation amount is refunded if medication is not prescribed or not purchased. If the hold has not been collected, it is released instead. Your bank determines when the release or refund appears in your balance.
A few useful details.
Is a hold the same as a charge?
A hold reserves available funds or credit. Collecting the money is a separate step. A hold can reduce your available balance and may look like a pending charge in your banking app.
How long does a hold last?
Timing depends on the card network, payment provider, and your bank. We do not promise a fixed release period. A released hold is different from a refund of money already collected.
Can I book or pay now?
Not yet. The intake is a product preview. It does not book care, collect real card details, place a real hold, or create a prescription order.
Shopping for supplements?
The supplement shop has separate retail pricing. The $25 consultation hold and medication credit do not apply to supplement orders or subscriptions. Explore the shop →
